Oh wait, nevermind, literally 15 seconds later again Monchug thirsts for more blood despite the North having raided FIFTY of our towns so far and the fight being at a standstill for 90 days and declares war on the Sturgians with 0 opposition. Literally 30 seconds later, Lycacaron or whatever rebels. Finally got the south to agree to a peace paying us 2500/day. Monchug can barely handle the North, so I've been playing goalie in the south. War with the Southern and Northern empire at the same time. The last straw for this playthrough happened just a bit ago. But usually it's the rinse-repeat of eating all the troops, fucking off somewhere, waiting for Myzea to get a rock thrown at it and then barreling home like he forgot his wallet. Maybe the enemy finally takes a castle and Monchug gets a random spark of life and takes it right back. Everything has been at a standstill for in-game months. We don't have any plans for a Beta, EA or have a release. I feel like I'm being pranked at this point. All Discussions Screenshots Artwork Broadcasts Videos News Guides Reviews. So I've tried playing goalie instead, but the problem is that even if I can fend off the other armies sieges, as soon as Monchug gets a whiff of them he still drops everything even if I am closer. I've tried playing the aggressor, but other armies eat up all of the troops so I have to scrape by with 400-500 troops, which is fine for a siege until the enemy army rolls up. It could easily finish off one of the singular kingdoms left (like Southern or Northern Empire who have 3/4 towns left respectively), but instead chooses to start 2 or 3 other wars with so much approval I can't fight it.Īnd then Monchug will create a giant army with most of the available troops, yeet himself halfway across the map, spend a whopping 3 seconds besieging a town or castle before Myzea or something of ours will get besieged so he drops everything and rushes home. The problem is, Monchug, or maybe the entire kingdom's AI, is way too aggressive for its own good. I joined up with the Khuzaits, and we've slowly taken over the right 1/3rd of the map so far. Newest update got me to start over again, trying for a mounted archer build.
